In Macos, how do I create a folder?
To create a parent / root folder in eM Client for Mac desktop, “right click on your email account name” above all your mail folders and create the folder.
It will then normally appear “under the +More menu” at the bottom of your email account.
If you then want to see that folder all the time above the +More menu, “right click on that folder” and click “Show” on the dropdown menu.
Now if you are using the eM Client mobile app, to create a parent / root folder, “Press the Menu at the top left” Then “Press Edit at the top right”.
Then go down till you see your email account, and “Press the dots on the right of your email account” and you can then create a folder.
I just did what you told me, but the file is still in the inbox. See the attached screens.
Are you saying “after you created a folder”, you carn’t move an Inbox email Into that new folder ?
I finally figured out how to make a folder and move it to Plus
