Crashing when searching for "" (empty quotes)

Hi all,

when I accidentially type 2 empty quotes “” in the search bar, eM Client crashes.

It does not matter which search, I think.
Email, Calendar, everything crashes.

Is this only an issue for me or a general one?

I once had an issue where the search crashed for a few specific terms which apparently was an issue with my database.

Typing two quotes “” in the search box top right and then (pressing enter / return) crashes eM Client V9.2

Yes i can replicate that crashing problem as you advised with the latest eM Client V9.2.1185 for Windows. I have sent off the crash report in the window that automatically popped up on the desktop.

Note:- It appears ok if you leave a space “in-between the quotes” and then search. So only appears to crash if there is no space in-between.
