I can confirm that with macOS Tahoe 26.4, Beta, eM Client 10.4.4756
though not reproducible. eM Client crashed twice today, once at startup, once while being called from sleep status (closed with yellow button).
eM Client crashed again a couple of minutes ago, when entering an address into a new mail.
I’m on macOS Tahoe 26.4, Beta, eM Client 10.4.4756.
macOS generates a Crash Report for Apple. I have a copy of that at hand, should Development be interested (zipped 27K).
I know it’s beta, but it may still be helpful.
Thank you for reporting that and we are sorry to hear that. Have you sent the error report? If so what email address did you use for that? @ttf can you send that rash report to [email protected]?
Hello, we are aware of this issue that is present in macOS Tahoe 26.4 Beta. It seems there is a Apple bug in certificate validation that is causing it. We have filed an issue here:
What can help us with diagnosing the issue and potentionally find a workaround is to get more information about the certificate that is causing it, so export of your account settings (without passwords) would help us.
How to export settings:
Send us the exported file to [email protected]
Michal,
log file and settings.xml sent to [email protected]
Appreciate your fast reaction.
Regards,
Till
Thanks, we managed to reproduce the issue on the Microsoft 365 certificate. We are, however, dependent on the libraries provided by Microsoft and Apple to do the ceritificate processing so it’s unlikely we will resolve the issue without their cooperation.
Thanks for letting us know.
It is now tracked as Apple Feedback FB22006363.
Seems to be resolved with iOS/macOS 26.4 beta 2.
Thank you for Info waiting for public Beta ![]()
I can confirm that for 2 machines running 26.4 public Beta 2.
