I use emClient V 9.2.2157 (5b49542) on Windows 11 pro 23H2.
Since this morning emClient keeps crashing when I try to print an email or an attached file.
Never happened before. Any suggestions?

I have a similar setup to you though I do not know what printer you have, I have an HP & Xerox laser also Canon inkjet - I do not have any issues.
As this issue has just started, if you have not already done so, reboot your OS & switch off and on your printer.
