Crash due to "An item with the same key has already been added."?

Hey there!
Since this morning my eM Client (9.2.2157.0 on Win) crashes at startup. Database check looks fine, data check looks fine, then with the splash screen… “eM Client stopped working”. The only exception I can see in the log is an “An item with the same key has already been added…”. All other entries look like release information.
Any idea if this is really the reason and about what I can do?
