How can I set a roll that will copy every sent message to Inbox?

Here’s the sequence I’m using for that purpose. Don’t pay attention to the tag thing if it’s not relevant for you.
The only issue you can get with copying the sent mail using a “copy to folder in a rule” as @tingo advised above, Is that the eg: sent mail “doesn’t allways appear quick enough in the sent folder after sending mail from the client to actually copy to the Inbox” as the sent mail “only appears after it’s actually been sent at the server end” and then syncs back to eM Client sent folder.
So depends how quickly the sent mail appears as to whether that rule will work automatically.
If it doesn’t, after the sent mail appears, “open rules” and “right click on that rule” & run it.

If you mean why emails don’t appear straight away in the sent folder after they are sent, that’s due the smtp server has to “update / sync back to the sending mail client after it sends the email” so there is allways a slight delay showing the sent mail in the sent folder depending on the SMTP server & connection speed back to the client.
