Continuous crashing after updating em client on windows xp

I recently updated the version of my em client and now as soon as it opens I get the error message

‘An error has occurred in the application that prevents it from continuing. The application will terminate’

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but have had no luck. Please help me as I love em client and this is hugely frustrating.

I’m running windows xp sp3 on a 32 bit machine. Em client version 6.0.19861.0

Hi, is this only error you are seeing? Or is there more information?

Hello Jan,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. This is the only error message I see.

It has the option to restart immediately which I do, but then as soon as it opens it crashes again.

Then when it crash again use this tool http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstack… and send me file it creates to [email protected] together with this topic’s url.
