Continuous crashing after updating em client on windows xp

I recently updated the version of my em client and now as soon as it opens I get the error message

‘An error has occurred in the application that prevents it from continuing. The application will terminate’

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but have had no luck. Please help me as I love em client and this is hugely frustrating.

I’m running windows xp sp3 on a 32 bit machine. Em client version 6.0.19861.0

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. This is the only error message I see.

It has the option to restart immediately which I do, but then as soon as it opens it crashes again.


Then when it crash again use this tool… and send me file it creates to [email protected] together with this topic’s url.
