Content zoom on Mac - any way to lock zoom level?

Using version 9.0.213 on Mac. The default zoom level when reading or writing messages is too small so I’m constantly using CMD + to zoom in.

However when I close a message and open another the zoom level will reset. It’s only ‘sticky’ if I scroll directly through messages using the next/previous message function.

Might this be a bug with the M1 version?

It is working fine for me, so if it was a bug, it has since been fixed in the latest internal build.
