Contacts populating but I don't know where they are coming from?

I have a few saved contacts but sometimes I get contact that appear and are not on my saved list.

By default, eM Client creates contacts for addresses you have sent emails to, but are not located in your address book.  This way they will appear as auto-complete items when you type an email address.  This option can be turned off by going to menu/tools/settings/mail/compose and in the “Recipients history” section, uncheck “Store composed mail recipients for suggestion”.  Also, these contacts that have accumulated can be deleted by clicking on the “Clear recipient history” button.

I looked inside here and it is already unchecked, any other ideas? Thanks
