Contacts Avatar for Microsoft Exchange

I’m using Microsoft Exchange e-mail and i cant see the avatar of my e-mail contacts, on MS Outolook it works fine, but using the eM Client it doesn’t work.

Anybody knows how to fix the problem?

Hi Guilherme, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
Can you check if the profile picture is synchronized with eM Client in the contact’s details?

The version is 6.0.21040.0, it’s the lasted version I guess.
The profile picture of all my contacts including me don’t appear.

The checkbox for avatar enable/disable does not exist.

Hi again Guilherme, I’ve discussed the developers, unfortunately synchronizing avatars currently only works between email clients (excluding Outlook 2013) as the avatar synchronization on Exchange is starting to use social avatar synchronization. It is not possible to view new avatars in the outlook web app nor in outlook. Synchronizing the information between two instances of eM Client should be working as expected.
