How can I get my Contacts list with just name and e-mail address

in the series: Full Name - Prefix - Given Name etc… click on a tab of it, then right mouse button. Options appear, click on them: Configuration of the columns. There are available columns and the columns to be displayed - change by adding or deleting. Then accept with ok.
