Contact Tag Doesn't Display Name

In contacts list, the tag for some on the contacts displays only a colored tag and not the tag spelled out.

Go to “Menu / Tags” and “click on Contacts” and you can adjust them there.

I know that.
The tag names are there for the default tags. But when I add my own and set that custom tag to a contact it doesn’t display the tag name in the contacts list, only the label, as per the screen shot.

Could then be possible be you have an eg: older or outdated version of eM Client. You can check via the release history page.

If you do update to a later version, make a manual backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason.

If you already have the latest V9 or V10, then suggest if you have a current active paid Pro, Personal or Business version go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket.

I have version 10. I’m using paid Personal.
