Contact support?

I have contacted support a few times in the past, but now when I try to login, I get something like ‘account has expired please renew’.
I have never paid for support, just emailed them.
Has something changed recently?

If you have a Pro License and your VIP Support has expired, you will not be able to use the Helpdesk unless you purchase another year of VIP Support. You can do that here.

If you have a Free License, you can’t use the Helpdesk. Sorry.

Thanks. I have a Pro Licence and have always been able to contact support without additional payment as I said in the OP.
So, if I have an issue with eM Client, then I can’t get my issue addressed without some additional payment… Is that what you are saying?

Your Pro License includes 1 initial year of VIP Support.

After the 1 year of VIP Support expires, you can either purchase another year if you want continued support directly from us, or use this forum where other users will be happy to help you for free.

This is explained in the EULA you read and accepted when installing eM Client.

I’m confused by this really. I’ve had eM Client for years and never had to pay for support. Still, no need to discuss this any more.
At the moment, I am unable to use eM Client and I have raised a topic on it just below this thread, so hopefully someone will offer some help. I am using Mailbird temporarily because of this issue.

I am in the same situation and also I am a disabled veteran living with life support, using the Client after over 50 years using Incredimail. I have a problem with my incoming mail after the last version update 9.0361, I am able to send but not to receive when I send a mail got to stop at the main mail page of my provider “Comcast”. If anyone can help please advise to my email [email protected]. Thank you.
