Contact History tab empty — Attachments tab works (partially)

eM Client Version: 10.4.4867
OS: Windows 11 german

Problem:
The History tab (communication history) on a contact is completely empty. The Attachments tab for the same contact shows attachments correctly — but only up to a specific date in early 2025. Newer attachments are also missing. Searching for the same email address in the mail view returns 22 results across multiple accounts.

Contact setup:

  • Contact stored in: Nextcloud (CardDAV)
  • Emails distributed across 2 IMAP accounts

Troubleshooting steps already taken — none resolved the issue:

  1. Changed email field type from “Other” to “Email”
  2. Removed duplicate contact from Google “Other Contacts” and re-synced
  3. Ran MailClient.exe /dbrepair
  4. Repaired IMAP folders (Right-click → Properties → Repair)
  5. Verified “Download messages for offline use” is enabled on all accounts
  6. Restarted eM Client multiple times
  7. Manually synced all folders

Expected behavior:
History tab shows all emails exchanged with the contact — same as the search results show.

Actual behavior:
History tab: completely empty. Attachments tab: only shows attachments up to a certain date in early 2025, nothing newer.
