Hi
For over 12 mths I have synced my iCloud Contacts & Calendar to both my iPhone and eMClient (CardDAV & CalDAV).
Recently I created and named a Contact Group in iCloud so I can send SMS Messages from my iPhone to a specific group of Contacts. I also plan on sending emails to this same Group.
However, this sub Group that now shows in iCloud and in my iPhone Contacts does not show in eM.
Why isn’t it being synced to eM and/or is there a way to have this named Group displayed? (I believe eM calls them Distribution Lists). I can’t see any setting that is prohibiting it.
As a side note, The most recent Contact I added to my iPhone hasn’t showed up in eM either after several days of syncing, even though it is in both iPhone and iCloud Contacts. Everything else seems to be working fine.
Can you please assist?

As the new iCloud contacts group is not appearing in your eM Client contacts section that you created online, then could be that the eg: iCloud Contacts Subgroup is not supported, or could be you need to remove and readd your iCloud account to show it, or you might need to adjust some account or contact settings within eM Client.
So first (if you haven’t already / tried), go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd your iCloud account using the automatic account wizard at the top as per the eM Client support page link below.
“eM Client with iCloud”

Now if removing and readding your iCloud accounts makes no difference, then next suggest if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version, go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket.

Yes distribution lists are created from your Contacts as per the eM Client online manual. Suggest you also read the below on how to add & send them if you haven’t already to see if that helps you at all.

Thank you for your advice.
Yes I have paid Support, though thought I would canvas the forum for answers as the first port of call. After not getting a reply within a few days I logged a Support Ticket and it has now been addressed.
