You can export your contacts to .VCF via “Menu / File / Export” and then convert that to a .CSV file using third party online programs to then import into Outlook as @skybat advised in the following thread.
Here is one free online site you can use that I found in Google to convert a VCF to CSV
Or you can install eg: Thunderbird and import the .VCF file into that and then import your contact addresss into Outlook from Thunderbird as per @JoeCamel advised in the below thread.
