Constantly getting Password Required - Server says "[UNAVAILABLE] Account is temporarily unavailable"

Hi - I’m constantly getting Password Required popup - Server says “[UNAVAILABLE] Account is temporarily unavailable”.
I hit OK and sometimes it carrys on as normal, often it doesn’t I have to close eM Client and restart.

My email host is with Fasthosts - this account works fine with outlook, webmail, iphone mail, iphone outlook.

Any ideas what I could try?  I’ve asked Fasthosts to double check all my settings and they’re fine, it does seem the problem is specific to eM Client.

Seems from the error that it is a server issue. Did you ask the provider about this?
