I’m a bit baffled why the mobile app must declare it is in “offline mode” each time it finishes checking mail … and why it must display the “red error exclamation point.” Since it seems like this is a normal part of operation, why is it called out as if it’s an error? When I get a real error, I’m not going to notice, because emClient on my Android devices is constantly in error mode.

I can’t replicate that offline notification issue after checking mail using a mobile cell data connection or wifi data connection on Android OS 14.
Check that you have the latest Android mobile version 10.0.2643 from the Playstore.
If you already have that, try clearing the “App Cache” in your OS Apps / eM Client settings.
Failing that you might need to also clear the App Data and resetup your account/s as new, either automatically using the QR Export from eM Client for desktop, or via the Mobile Wizard in the app if you don’t use the desktop client.
Now if clearing the cache and data & resetting up as new makes no difference, then you might need to completely uninstall and reinstall the mobile app.
Lastly if uninstalling and reinstalling the Droid app makes no difference, then suggest to send that issue in to [email protected] with your OS version and what type mail account you have setup.
None of the above worked … I’ll send a screen recording in email (since it contains email headers I don’t want out there in public view).
