Constant "offline" messages and difficulty viewing

I select a message and the display says "couldn’t download because you weren’t connected to the server.  If I click “download” it says this will happen next time I’m connected.  If I double click to display in a new window, then I finally get content.   Do I have to manually set up a regular send/receive?  It wasn’t a problem until recently.  My internet connection is through a cable service provider.

we can take a look at it. It would be great if you could send us logs, you can do so by going to Menu>Tools>Operations>Logs then press Ctrl+A and paste it to notepad.
