I have the latest version of eM Client and my ISP is Optusnet. I have accounts with Live, Gmail and Optusnet. The program worked just fine at first but now it keeps throwing up error messages, that it is unable to connect to the server.When I click diagnose, it tells me my settings are correct and sends me a test email. But then the messages appears again. I can’t move emails to the folders I’ve created. I find emails are not arriving in my inboxes and I have to visit the server to see them. Please help as I am about to uninstall the program and try something else.
Hi, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re receiving, also can you make a screenshot of your IMAP or POP settings of the problematic account that you can find in Tools > Accounts > Your account > IMAP (or POP).
I do hope you can help me to sort out this problem as eM Client seems like just what I have been looking for in an email program
