Constant annoyinge error even though everything seems like working

Hi all, I am getting below error constantly.

[SMTP] Cannot send message (Email body not accepted due to the following reason:
"5.3.4 Content conversion limit(s) exceeded; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:ConversionFailedException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message The content conversion limit has been exceeded. ConversionFailedException: The content conversion limit has been exceeded. [Hostname=PSXP216MB0614.KORP216.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]
")

Everything seems like working. I can receive and send emails without a problem. But I am keep getting this error!

Does anyone know what this is and how to resolve it?

Hi Adam,

Please try checking your outbox if there isn’t an email being stuck. The outbox is located among the local folders at the bottom of the folder tree. If it’s not there, you can allow it in Menu > Tools > Settings > General.

If it didn’t help, I’d recommend removing the problematic mail account and re-configuring it in Menu > Tools > Accounts.
