Connecting Error

I keep getting the same errors over and over again despite me going into the settings and ensuring everything okay with them. See attached.

Do your settings look like this?

Gmail.com:

For your Hotmail.com account you may need to follow the instructions given by John A (his comments in the message thread - link below - explain it best) about how to set it up manually, which is what you may need to do to:

I have both these accounts setup as shown above and they work without errors, excepting of course, when there is actual server maintenance going on.  

I had to manually setup my Hotmail.com account by first deleting my old account (I actually disabled it first so I could create a new account manually).  I used one of the two methods John A suggested in his comments.  When I got the right setup I deleted the original Hotmail.com account.  Microsoft doesn’t use Airsync anymore for Hotmail.
