Confused by Android snooze

New EMClient customer moving from GMail on Windows and Android. Snooze function is very important to me, especially with syncing between Desktop and Android. I understand that EMClient Snooze feature does not play well with GMail’s snooze, so I installed EMClient on my Android phone.

I Snoozed some messages on the phone until a few days from now, and they seemed to disappear as expected. How do I display the snoozed messages? I can’t find a command on the Android app to display them.

When I checked on the Desktop, the Snoozed messages were still in the Inbox. It appears that the Desktop and the App don’t sync the snoozed status of the messages. Is that the expected behaviour or am I overlooking something?

Yes the eM Client desktop and mobile app snooze “does not sync” to the Gmail online Snooze menu. Maybe in the future

However the eM Client desktop and Mobile app snooze feature, “does snooze the same between the desktop app and the mobile app” or visa versa using a Gmail IMAP account.

So if you eg: snooze an email in your Gmail Primary Inbox using the eM Client mobile app, it will show in the mobile app snooze folder under Favourites. If you then open the eM Client desktop, it will also show that same snoozed email in the desktop snooze folder under Favourites.

If you then unsnooze the email in the snooze folder in the eM Client mobile app or desktop app, it will then show back in the Inbox or Category Inbox tab on both devices.

Note: If you don’t see the unsnoozed email back in either device Inbox or Primary Category Inbox, then if you do have Categories enabled on either device, check your other Category Inbox tabs.

Thanks for the reply. It’s working as expected now. Dunno what changed, or maybe I was doing something wrong, but all OK now.
