Completely Disable Category Assignment

Hello,

I have “Show Categories” disabled in settings but they’re still assigned automatically.
Is there any way to completely disable/stop automatic category assignment?

Normally disabling Show Categories in Settings and then “pressing Saving and Close” won’t then have Categories. So make sure you press Save.

Apart from that you can also completely disable Categories via “right clicking on a Category” and you will see “on the dropdown menu that appears” an option to completely hide the Categories.

You should then receive all your emails in the one Inbox or All Inboxes like with the prev V9.

No, you can’t disable them; the categories will always be there. The option is just to show or hide them.
