Comcast Subfolders

I have sub folders on my Comcast e-mail account through their web-client, but they are not getting created and no e-mails within them are downloaded when using eM Client. How can I fix this?

can I ask if you if do you use POP3 or IMAP? Go to tools - accounts - your account and tell me if you have pop3 or IMAP tab there.
