Please inform me how I can edit the following column:
From to
To: TO
Note: I use the eM Client program in Portuguese.
If it is not possible for the user to edit the “A” column, please ask the Customer to change the program and column name to “TO”.
I would also like the “DELETE” icon to be an option in Column Setup, thus enabling the user to delete unwanted emails more quickly.

You can edit the columns by right-click on any of the column headers and choosing Columns Configuration.
That will allow you to select which columns are displayed and in which order.
Unfortunately the delete button is not an option for a column.
