When I have configured the column view to my requirements (say in inbox for example) how do i transfer that same view to all other folders ( outbox, drafts sent etc etc). At the moment I can only adjust one at a time which would take forever?

Hi, if you right click the configured column, you should be seeing an “Apply Column Configuration to Other Folder(s)”, that way you can set it for all.
