Color of own emails?

Hello. How can I change the color of my own emails so that they stand out from emails received from other people during discussions?

Are you thinking of your replies to other people in a thread or conversation?

Not a color, but maybe you can create a filter that applies a tag where you are the sender

The color of emails makes them more readable. When I have a long email exchange with the same person or multiple people, it’s easier to quickly see who wrote what if the text colors are different.

Yes, colors or shading would be handy. Also a treed or hierachical layout, at least one indent in when expanding a thread or conversation. Right now it’s hard to tell the last message in a conversation, I’ll click o the next message but turns out it isn’t part of the thread and it’s a different email and topic all together. Indents when expanding a conversation along with some color shading would be great.

Apart from using eM Client tags as @Tony_W suggested above in your specific emails, you can change the colour of the foreground text and background colour behind the email subjects in the Theme Editor for all accounts as per @Gary post below in the following thread.

However I don’t think you can currently change the subject text colour or background colour just for specific email account addresses or senders. If there is a way, someone will update this thread.

You might possibly be able to do that in a eg: “Custom rule” via “Menu / Rules” for when specific senders like your own email address to automatically then apply those subject colours.

I see though, there is a current Sleekplan suggestion for different colours for each email account you can vote for below which should then suit you for specific email accounts such as your own email address “if it carn’t be currently done in a custom rule”. Looks like users also want that also for the mobile apps too.

From a technical point of view, it’s a very simple matter. E-mail has a text color definition in HTML and you can always see such an email the same way on every device. Of course, you can do it every time you write a new email, but it’s very inconvenient. Maybe there is such a solution, but I can’t find it? Example:

I found it! I had this option covered by the definition in the message reading.
The color of the emails works and is in templates and signatures.
