HI I am new to email client, so far love it- however can I color code each of my different email addresses to show in category column of inbox? All emails received from one address are the same color
Hello Debbie, yes, you can colour code your emails by right clicking the email and selecting one of the categories you have created (you can edit the categories in Tools > Categories).

thanks Paul- can it be set up so that each different email address arrives in my inbox with the appropriate color code as opposed to me have to label each email separately

Hello Debbie, you can use Rules to assign incoming email with categories, however please note that eM Client can only manage or sort your incoming mail while it’s offline, thus if you for example check your email on another device while you’re out, the application won’t be able to recognise the message as new if you read it on a different device.
Navigate to Tools > Rules > New rule, to setup a new rule and look out for the “Set categories” option in your rules. You can apply to this for all email sent from a custom domain or specific email addresses/contacts.
