Updated 2 clients to the latest version. Both PC’s using the POP service in gmail. Since upgrade only one client can download new email messages. Tested with closing the email client and opening alternative PC clients. First to open gets the email. Previously this worked well allowing both clients to download email messages. Tick has been left on to keep copies of the messages on server. Checked Gmail server and message is still available. Anyone else having this issue?
to my knowledge POP reacts as it should.

i don’t know how you got it to work otherwise.
since both emclient AND gmail support IMAP you could avoid that problem
the adress for gmail is imap.gmail.com
using POP3 made sense when transfer was slow and expensive.
if you use imap on both locations there should be less complications.
