Client tries to start but creates application error - database check says it is ok and returns to same error

Errors trying to start client that will not start and locks up - reported with my PRO License without any reply???

On initial startup client was starting as well as notification for an Adobe update - client did not start and an error window appeared with this error:

Application Error screen does come up but the restart immediately option does not fix the problem - looks for corrupted database and goes through fixing it and indicates the database is ok but returns to the same application error as indicated in the support ticket I sent to you.

Attempted to restore my programs to earlier version and get the same errors - need a fix to this problem soon please…

Hi John, if you’ve already posted on the PRO license support, I believe you will get an answer from my colleagues, but it seems like there might have been an issue while the installation was running, can you try to reinstall the application to check if that solves this crash?

Problem solved - used the link provided by emclient.com for V6.0.20619. Did not uninstall - just downloaded and used the “Repair” Option.
All emails still there and nothing lost - seems to be working fine but testing will tell us more…
