client-server sync - hotmail

I want to keep all of my messages in the server and to present it on the inbox but NOT to delete it or moving it to other folder under the Trash folder (POP folder was created).
my email provider is Hotmail

Hi,

then switch from POP3 to IMAP or set in Tools - Settings - Accounts - your account - POP3 tab so emails will not be deleted from server.
