In Outlook it is possible to insert a picture of a button, select that button (picture) and then create a hyperlink for it to a website.
I have not found a way to do the same in eM.

you can simply drop the image, select it and add a new link by clicking at the 3 dots-menu.
If you don’t insert any text, the image will be used as selected HTML-content for the mail.
If you then hover over the image, you will see the link-description.
Please note, that you can insert the link-icon into the icon-menu over the mail body by right-cklick on the bar. This could be helpful when you use it a lot.
