Clean & Pretty -- Not Yet Compelling

GUI is clean and overall it seems fairly polished with nice popups, previews (cool!) and notifications, but why no ability to customize toolbars (it’s a basic/common feature and required for me)?

For a six year old project it still seems rather nascent and other than price offers no clear advantage to Outlook – it even resembles Outlook very much.

I see no real compelling reason to pay $50 to switch from Thunderbird. Maybe next release eM will offer something sufficiently enticing.
