I have 1 account set up in eM Client on Android 16/ One UI 8.0 on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I have emails come through and the notification has multiple messages list, when I choose one, it usually loads a different message. It doesn’t always do this but most of the time it does. Any ideas? Thanks
I personally carn’t replicate that using my S22 Ultra and UI 8 / OS 16.
So suggest if you haven’t tried already first “close eM Client Droid app” and then go to your “OS Settings / Apps / eM Client / Storage” section and try “clearing the cache” and then reopen the app.
Failing that you might need to either try “removing and readding your account” if you haven’t already and see if that fixes it as just be a local account problem within the app.
Or failing that, next suggest to go to "Menu / Settings / Import-Export / Export settings to file and “select all the settings you want to keep” and then save the .xlm file on your mobile device.
Then “uninstall the app and reinstall the latest Playstore version” and then restore your saved .xlm file via "Menu / Settings / Import-Export / Import settings from file and see if that fixes it.
