My work email is with a company called Ghandi.net using Sogo webmail(?) I cannot for the life of me get the chat to work. I was hoping to use it to chat with my kids in the other rooms (Since we are all working/schooling from home due to COVID). My daughter can get her chat to work on her newly installed EMC but not me - I am wondering if it has something to do with the email provider we use? can anyone help please?
