CHAT not making sounds or notifications when receiving et new message

Using V10.0.3447 on MAC OS SONOMA.
With the integrated Chat Client, when we send message from one to another user, the recepient don’t have any sound or notificatin to inform him that a new message has arrived.
We verified that a message sound is correctly set : it is !

Hi, got the same problem at Windows with 10.1.4588 (f11e2ab).

Is there any notification available or am I missing some settings? Using Slack as chat.

OK, got it. Seems like you only get some notification, if someone else is sending a message.

You can change the notification in the settings via “im message”.
