I got a second paid account for my wife, with new activation key of course. I installed the new key and her email address. But he original software download was under my account key and address. Now trhe software has her stuff, key and address set up, according to appearances. But when I tried to authenticate on Microsoft, it tells me that the email address is mine still. So is there some software to clear out of the emclient software, a cache or something? Do I need to generate some log to send you? Or do I just need to uninstall the client download, and download a fresh copy, then set up my wife’s key and address? That would work? She previously had a free account, now personal.
