Can you please clarify? Changed password of what and won’t let you sign-in on what? Windows? EM Client?
Have password protected em client, changed password. Tried different passwords won’t let sign onto em client. How do I find out where to reset the password.
You need to wait for an employee. I don’t think there’s an easy way, or else not much point of having it password protected.

I can’t say for sure. But I haven’t seen much activity from them since X’mas.
