Changed format (line spacing) when reply -> copy -> paste, remove format does not work (does not remove extra linespace)

When I paste there is a (Ctrl) in brackets.
When I press Ctrl on the keyboard I get

There is (F) for formatted.
It does not work to press F on the keyboard.to paste formatted?
I think (F) (T) and (Q) are (should be) keyboard shortcuts?

Now I understand, and it works fine.
It is a two step past.

1. first press ctrl.
2. then press (F) (T) or (Q)

Setting → mail → compose → default paste format is what happen if I press return (text only here).

Tried to paste Ariel 20 from word to emClient, works fine.
