need to chang my account to pop the automatic set it up as imap
Hi, unfortunately it is not possible to change an existing IMAP account to a POP account. You have to setup the account again using the account creation window, but instead of using the automatic setup, please switch to the “Mail” tab below and select ‘Other’, and proceed with the steps. Use the mail server settings provided by your mail service and setup the account as POP3.
