How can I change the date/time format, for example in the "Received* column in the mail view. Currently it displays times in AM/PM and I want 24h format.

Actually, this time format is affected by your regional setting. .Net allows to change long time format, but change of short time format does not affect eM Client. Only way how to change it is to change Region.
