I would love to see emails that are “flagged” become more visible/prominent.
The tiny little flag is hard to see. If we were able to change the background color of flagged emails in a list, it would be much easier to see the ones that we need to take action on later.

d you ever find a solution for the lack of color change on the background of flagged emails?
I did some research this week on how to achieve this and still did not find an answer.
I would also like flagged messages to be more clearly marked.
For eM Client to be such a close experience to Outlook (a big plus for me moving from Outlook on Windows to a Mac where Outlook is missing key features) it seems a significant gap that the flagged messages have such an understated appearance compared to outlook (background color changes and all message list text in red / flag color). I am going to experiment with tagging to get more visibility, but I liked my old workflow where I just flagged a message to make it a prominent item needing action.
I know this request has been around for a while, but thought I would add my interest in this feature and logic as to why it’s a sensible request to the existing threads.
