Can't view html emails in eMClient

Hello,

I have eMClient 6.0.22344.0. I can’t view html emails in
eMClient, they open fine when I use a webmail client. I’ve attached a
printed version of the email as opened in eM Client and webmail below - you can see the html images and formatting appear in the webmail client, but not in eM Client. Can this be fixed?

Hello, sorry but, could you please enclose a screenshot of how the message is displayed in eM Client before using the “print” option, note that emails that can be printed can occasionally include a message part printable which includes a completely different formatting for printing features. If you’re having issues with displaying HTML formatted messages also please make sure that you’re not using the “read all messages in plain text” option in the application settings under Tools > Settings > Mail > Read.

Perfect, thanks - that was in fact the problem - the ‘read all messages in plain text’ options had been selected under tools.
