Can't sync global address list GAL with office 365

Outlook 2016 works fine, but after several reinstalls, clean setups, and/or importing from Outlook, I cannot get our global address list to show. My personal contacts from Outlook show up just fine, but I can’t browse or view the company directory.
What is the trick?

what version of eM Client are you currently running? Check the Help>About section for full version number.

Is there any error message when you synchronize your Office 365 account in the Tools>Operations window? If so, can you copy it and the contents of the Log tab?
