Can't set up SMTP in new account

Just set up new account. Wife has had EMClient for years. Setting up IMAP/SMTP. Wouldn’t work. Did Diagnostic. Got IMAP fixed. SMTP will not fix, no matter what. Settings even on IMAP are different from wife’s computer even with same provider. I have my password correct but it won’t accept it. I’m frustrated at this point. Any suggestions? I’ve been going through this for a couple hours and don’t know what else to do. Our provider will not accept anything other than IMAP.
