Can't set up contacts

eM Client on Mac (up to date)

Trying to set up CardDAV. Mail is already working. I added the CardDAV account with the config from my host.

No error message occurs. But no folder appears in contacts other than Local.

I’ve tried the alternate URL. I’ve tried the Secure SSL/TLS URL. I’ve checked and rechecked the pw and config. Been working on this for hours now, getting AI advice. Gack. Shoot me now.

What mail server are you with ?

Also have you contacted your mail server technical support to check the CardDAV url ?

It turned out to be an issue with Big Scoots. They fixed it. So it had nothing to do with the config or eM Client. Thanks for stopping by to help though! :slight_smile:
