Can't send via Outlook (NO Oauth or sync problem!)

Hey all,

I use three active mailaccounts :

Since yesterday I can’t send mails via Outlook, because Outlook is gone at the point “send as” :

The other two accounts are still in place. Only Outlook is gone. I still deleted the account and renewed it. And I switched back to a former backup. Still the account is gone. In Vivaldi (for example) there’s no problem …

Does anyone have an idea?

Go to Menu > Accounts and click on the General tab for that outlook account. Scroll down to Services, tick the AirSync service and click on Save & Close.

My other accounts don’t have “air sync”

No, it is particular to Microsoft accounts. There is an explanation as to why we recently changed to this method for sending here: Workaround for the sending issue via SMTP for Microsoft Outlook.com accounts | eM Client

Ah okay, I read that before - but didn’t mention that this problem will hide the “send” - option.
Anyways, thanks a lot for your help!
