Hi
I have a customer who can’t reply to emails on his TalkTalk account.
He can do so on webmail and on Outlook(new).
I’ve deleted and redone the account but to no avail.
I’ve attached the error.
Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated.

I have a customer who can’t reply to emails on his TalkTalk account.
“Email body not excepted”, 5.7.1 blocked for policy reasons means it’s being rejected by the mail server. Advise the Talk Talk customer to contact their SMTP mail server technical support and advise them that error message they are getting when sending and they can assist them.
Sometimes it can be due to eg: something in the header, subject or body of the email that looks like possible spam etc and gets rejected.
Or can be due to eg: the mail server has a restriction on the IP address etc.
Or sometimes can be due to eg: the amount of mail being sent via the mail server etc.
Many thanks. What’s strange is that it works okay on webmail and Outlook. It’s just eM Client.
