cant send emails

keep getting message that my ID is not valid. hit it about ten times, and it finally sends email. very frustrating

This can get frustrating I can see that, could you please provide version of your eM Client and attach the screenshot of this message that you get?
There is tool which can help us determine what is wrong with outgoing emails, if you go to Menu>Tools>Operations>Logs and press Ctrl+A you will be able to copy content and send it to us.
